Pie chart

Good Afternoon to all..

I need to create a pie chart and where requirement is:

''No of Covid Patients and Death with respect to Race"

There are 7 fields related to Race in the Table. So how to merge this 7 fields into 1 fields ??

Because including 7 dimension in a Pie chart looks impossible..
