Pivot table display

I am finding a way to display at least 2 years of data like the excel table shown below.

How can I have a similar table in Qlik sense desktop?

Don't what happened to the excel table, but the "Mar-19" and "Apr-19" should under the "2019", just like"Jan-19". Same as others! thanks
