Pivot table settings to show total

I have a fully expanded Pivot table with 20 columns but below is an example - How can I show total row for each region ? I have Region, country, satte, city, address, zip and few more dimensions and few other measure columns as well.

Region	Country	Amount	Sales	Profit
ASIA	CHINA	500	600	100
ASIA	INIDA	400	500	100
Total		900	1100	200
NA	CANADA	500	800	300
NA	USA	300	600	300
Total		800	1400	600

@BI_Dev  What do you get if you enable "Show Total" option for Country Dimension?

if so check the box 'Partial Sums' in the presentation tab.
