Predefine TimeZone in triggers

Hello generous people 🙂

I am facing a little issue with Qlik Sense Management console.

When I am setting the trigger the TimeZone is Universal yet I see that all the time that the user was logged or app reloading time is shown correctly.

But the server Date & Time settings are correct.

What am I missing here?
