Problem related to trial licenses.

Good Morning

Problem related to trial licenses.

We are performing a POC (Proof of Concept), and the temporary licenses have been renewed, but when accessing the licenses, the following message appears "Invalid signed license key"

Please can you support us with the issue?

Hi @edilainecosta,

Can you confirm which product are you using?
Please also  verify that the Signed License Key JWT does not include any unnecessary spaces (at the beginning and end of the JWT).

If you are confident that the license has been entered correctly, then I would suggest you reach out your account manager or the Customer support team to have them verify the license is correct

@edilainecosta

Please take a look at the article below. It has a possible cause and solution for this error. I also added a link on how to apply the key. I realize you probably already knows how to do it, but just in case.

As @Seanog_Murphy already said, and If this is not the issue you should contact you account admin, if he/she is available you can create a case with customer support. I am attaching an article on this too.
