QMC skips reload tasks completelt

Hi All,

We have tasks scheduled at 12am everyday and it failed yesterday.

There was no error or failure on the task, it just completely skipped th 4/29 reload.

Example is attached.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

The logs should tell you something why it got skipped. Not sure if you allow to attached the logs here so I can look at them.

Hopefully this helps. This is from the operations monitor. 27th and 28th both worked fine, 29th at 7am is a manual reload

What logs are you looking for? Because there aren't any for reloading as it never triggered, so the reload time stayed 4/28

In the scheduler logs what I would be looking and not necessarily in regards the task skipping, sometimes it could be an error with the scheduler that lead the task to be skipped.

I see. We will see if we could find anything weird in that log.

Thanks

if not, then I would increase the logs to "debug" and then if the issue happens again, then we revise them once again and see if this time we caught something.

We pulled the logs and all we have since the manual reboot at 6:20 this morning and nothing helpful.

Thanks, Like I said on my last message, if you do not get anything from the logs, then I would increase the logs verbosity to "debug" and see if the issue happens again, hopefully then you could see more.
