Hello All
I'm brand new to Click Sense and am having an awkward start.
I'm on the 30 day free trial. However, when I log into Qlik Cloud it takes me only to the profile page and I cannot get any further. Also as seen in the screenshot, Qlik Cloud is greyed out under my profile. When I click on 'My Qlik' it takes me to a page that says I have no tenant together with a green 'purchase' button.
Any thoughts on how to remedy this?
I think this is an licence or user account issue. I would recommend you to get in touch with qlik support.

I would have started of by connecting with support using their chat. If that doesn't work, then create a support errand through their support case portal.
