Qlik Sense AD filter configuration

hi all,

trying to setup the AD connector on qlik sense but users are not coming through. the same qmc setup works fine within the same network on another Qlik Sense instance. is there any configuration within the windows server I need to do in order to get them? or any ports need to be open?

Do you don't get users at all or only some are missing?

Maybe the option "sync user data for existing user" is enabled? (it is by default)
