Qlik Sense Accessibility

Hi All,

I have installed Qlik Sense server on UAT server. Now, i am able to access neither hub or qmc.

How to have access to it and how can i develop app over there?

By default I guess the user who installs the Qlik would be root admin.

Check from which of your ID's did you install qlik or if you have service account? Not sure

You need to access from Hub from there you need to found related Stream for Develop the applications.

Hi Imran,

If the Qlik Sense Services are up and running as suggested by Dave Lau; you did not explain how you are trying to browse to the QMC and HUB.

Have you browse to the QMC and HUB inside the UAT Server; Did it work?

Are you trying to browse to the QMC and HUB from workstations? If this is your issue, then make sure the proper port on the UAT Server are open.

Yes. I am trying to run both from inside UAT server. Let me check all port as well. Just let me know which port need to open and how to check whether any port is opened or not?

Is the DB on Local host or dedicated server and also check the shared folder permisions and whether u gave the correct path while installing like \\hostname\d$(if the sahred folder is in D drive)\Share

You should use:

https://<server_name>/hub

https://<server_name>/qmc

Both of them should work inside and outside the server.

I am accessing the HUB & QMC from local machine(UAT Server). Also, which ports need to be activated to run Qlik Sense?
