Qlik Sense Cloud - Shared App Exporting and Printing?

Hi All,

I am confused about the export feature on Qlik sense cloud with an app I have shared. It appears that there is no export or print options (right click doesn't provide any options) yet the help files for qlik sense cloud prvoide information for exporting and printing? (as in the attached image)

Does anyone (qlik?) know for certain if this is a feature that should be available to cloud users accessing a shared app? It is critical to the usefulness of the app I have shared with people. (Also if it is not available, does it become available with the cloud plus version please?)
