Hi all,
I know there are plenty of post like this, I read most of them and didn't find the solution.
Error occurs during the instalation somwhere here:
I added powershell path to the enviromentals,
turned down defender,
run in safe mode,
I have even changed windows 10 home to pro because of local policies editor.
It seems like nothing works and I am desperate for help.

You could open the log file on a tool like notepad++ or similar and search for the lines containing Error as well as the above and below those ones.
If you could then paste those here, if you cannot find the solution by yourself by searching further into the Support articles or the Community, that would be a good start.

The error seems similar to Solved: Qliksense Installation Error (1603) - Page 2 - Qlik Community - 1444996
Would it be possible to try to reduce the computer name to less than 15 characters and also check the BIOS as suggested on the post.
Currently, ComputerName = DESKTOP-LNR4C4T
Error found on the logs:
