Hi all,
I can't enter the hub after installation of Qlik Sense Server 3.1. The description message is: The Service did not respond or could not process the request.
I'm having a migration problem too. When I try to import an app fails, I think that could be related with the hub error, isn't it?
I don't know what can I do, I've tried a lot of things, remove certificates, allow the access via http, setting up the ip of the machine in the white list, restarting services and a reparing installation but nothing works for me. And yes, I'm Domain Administrator.
Any help with that?
The server is a W2012 R2 Standard x64. It's empty, only have installed Qlik Sense.
The Qlik Sense Server version is 3.1
Thank's in advance.
Hi Guruprem,
Sorry for the delay in the answer. I contacted with Qlik support and they recommend to reinstall Qlik Sense and changing the user that start the services.
Doing that all works fine for me.
Dear Gonzalez,
Any breakthrough? Even I am facing the same issue with QS 3.1, immediately after installation.

Hi,
I have the same problem, I reinstall qlik sense many time and repair it but the result is the same.
My server is Windows 2008 R2 standard French.
I try on Windows 2012 R2 standard but qlik sense server doesn't start and I found in the windows events logs many errors about TLS protocol.
Could you help me ?

Hi Eric,
Do you have an Active Directory or DNS role installed in server?
Hi Jordi,
no Active directory or DNS role on this server.
Information : after the first installation the hub worked only in local, external access return an error. after the others installations the hub returned always an error (local and external accès)
Hi Eric,
Which version of Qlik Sense are you trying to install? Did you change the
name of the server in the installation process?
Did you open the TCP ports? At least you must have an exclussion for these
ports 4248, 443, 4243 and 4244 in your firewall (for example, windows
firewall), all of them TCP.
If the error persist try to open other ports, you can check which ports are
using Qlik Sense here:

Eric, the server is in your local network or it's a Cloud soution? If it's
cloud, who is your provider? Did you change the
name of the server in the installation process?

Jordi,
Our server is in our local network, our infrastructure is an EXSi private cloud.
No, the server nama was not changed, but a Qlik consultant said me to put the local ip adress and not the server name. I must change it ?
