Qlik Sense Server Access setup

Hi Qlik Sense gurus,

I am not able to reach the Sense access point (hub) from outside. We are using Azure VM, where QS is installed.

I already installed Qlik Sense platform, allocated token for user. I tried to also play with proxys, does not work anyway. Checked also threads in community...

Works fine when I am logged on server, but not able to reach content outside of server.

Any hints?

Thank you very much.

The primary culprit for AWS / Azure / etc is the needed port for Hub access aren't opened on the AWS / Azure console. Ensure that 443 / 4244 are open to the internet.

in addition to Levi's comment .. for Azure - via the Endpoint in the Azure Portal as well.

Are you getting anywhere?

Like ltu says, ports are the first thing.

After that ensure the public facing host name is in the web-sockets white-list (AWS & Azure usually have separate internal/public host names which can cause issues).

If that doesn't help, can you post some more details of how far you get ?
