Qlik Sense Server Configuaration and design for Windows In Premises

We have QlikView 12.5 running along with QlikView publisher on separate server. Both QV and Publisher server has 12 CPU and 32 GB ram.
The QlikView QMC setting "Max number of simultaneous QlikView engines for distribution:" is set to 7.
Now per hour we have around average 125 reloads. ( As some of the reloads are every 5 mins). So we do see a bottleneck for further reloads.

Currently we are planning to move QlikSense in two node server in premise( we would add further node based on need). Please find current usage stats table for total Apps, user and load and reload details. We expect the Number Apps to increase by 50% (200) and reload by 100% (280). Would you please suggest proper server configuration & design.
