Qlik Sense map objects don't export with background map

Hi,

anyone suggest what needs to be done for the below ones. 

Already 443 port is opened for firewall.  

Map	443	Inbound	User web traffic for standard map background. For users hosting their own map server, use the name of the host server.	maps.qlikcloud.com
Map	443	Inbound	User web traffic for satellite map background. Information noteAs of December 7, 2021, the server is ibasemaps-api.arcgis.com. Previously this was services.arcgisonline.com.	ibasemaps-api.arcgis.com

Note:  In my server there is no network connection, is it possible to do offline ?

As mentioned on other posts you would need to Geo Analytics Server in order to be offline, kindly review:

@Albert_Candelario  Thanks. But as per url link Internet is required for Qlik Geo coding. 

Could you tell me what this link refer

Also I tried this link https://maps.qlikcloud.com/ravegeo/status Yes Its showing message "ok" 

I tried this both link https://ga.qlikcloud.com/ and  https://maps.qlikcloud.com/ but no response only blank page.

Yes, Geo Coding requires a connection to the internet, but your question was regarding offline maps.

Hence, what is your requirements exactly? 🙂

@Albert_Candelario Thanks. Yes My requirement is while exporting as a pdf or ppt background map is not showing. 

1. Whether we need Internet access ? 

2. In Offline (without Internet connection) it won't work?

3. We need to install Qlik GeoAnalytics server?

4. Shall I want to do any port opening or any URL's? If yes what needs to be done.

As mentioned imagery and Geo Coding are only available online, but still if those are not needed you can explore the Geo Analytics server to have such inside your network without connectivity to the internet.

For this Map background issue, I opened the port 443 Inbound for the below url 

https://ibasemaps-api.arcgis.com/

https://maps.qlikcloud.com/

But for this url https://ibasemaps-api.arcgis.com/ I'm getting the below error. Anything need to add ?

{"error":{"code":499,"message":"Token Required.","details":[]}}

Also Still map background map image is not loading "after downloaded as a PPT or PDF"

I do not think there is an issue with the response of the url when been opened on the browser. I also get the same response for the GET request.

As long as the Geo Analytics requests are successful, that should be fine.

Can you provide the link to the documentation that were pointing this url for reference to the rest of the users?
