Actually, This Url we gave to our IT team to make access. Because we are restricted the some urls since we are in customer location.
@Albert_Candelario Sorry I didn't understand "Can you provide the link to the documentation that were pointing this url for reference to the rest of the users?"
I was looking for this url - Ports | Qlik Sense for administrators Help
Cheers,
Albert
So, the url has been already allowed by your IT?
if so, what the printing logs from Qlik Sense do they say?
Cheers,
Albert

@Albert_Candelario Printing logs from Qlik Sense ?. Could you please share the location to see the logs.
Hello @balajibc64 ,
Usually the location is:
C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Printing
reproduce the issue and check them. Let us know if you see any error/warning as well as check the Dev Tools of the browser when downloading the map.
I do understand the map loads properly in Qlik Sense, right?
Cheers,
Albert
@Albert_Candelario Yes. Qlik Sense loads maps properly.
For reference, below is the screenshots.
From Qlik Sense
After download,
While downloading the image, I noticed the Dev tools and pasted few images.
Hello @balajibc64 ,
I would still be interested to known about the Printing logs and does the Qlik Sense nodes have access to such ports to the maps urls?
If you access the Qlik Sense nodes directly, can you open the maps if you open a browser on such server?
Cheers,
Albert
@Albert_Candelario After reproduce the issue I tried to see the logs under this location C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Printing but no logs is updated. Under this folder we have 3 folder, checked all the 3 folder.
