Qlik Sense on Windows surface pro 2 with W10

Hello,

I wonder if it's possible to use Qlik Sense on Windows Surface Pro 2 with W10? Actually, I have installed Qlik sense on it and when I try to open nothing appear not even an error.

Qlik Sense need network to work ? Can I just use it in local ?
