OK well do. You should get it soon.

I continue to watch Power BI closely. Its improving quickly but I think it's still quite a way behind Qlik Sense. And now Sense has released the latest paid for cloud offering the one possible advantage has disappeared. Tableau not so detailed. Its 1 Sense, 2 Power BI and 3 Tableau for me. And quite a gap between each.

The rest I have not looked at or only briefly. But those that I did did not impress much. But I will send the draft long report to you on the comparisons I did.

Adding an other point here.

Extension building is available using typescript but the extensions are lot more complicated in Power BI than in sense.

i too have vetted PowerBi, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Quicksight.. and a whole bunch of others.

the main issue i see with Qlik Sense Cloud is that there is no automated way to refresh "apps" or reports against relational datasources - which means you have to load things manually. That I believe is horrible.  The only other way is to purchase their Enterprise Server - which ends up being more expensive than Tableau which I feel is still the leader in this paid space.  I guess I am looking at cost as a major factor - yes there are differences between all these players - but at the end of the day, if all you want to do is share your data with your colleagues without having to pay an arm and a leg per user - then cost is a major factor in the decision making process.

here's a list of competitive solutions priced much more reasonably

https://aws.amazon.com/quicksight/pricing/

https://www.zoho.com/reports/zohoreports-pricing.html

https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

https://slemma.com/pricing

https://www.lumalytics.com/

http://ubiq.co/pricing

now if Qlik would just understand that this is the direction of the marketplace and make it easier to use their cloud option against relational sources - or allow for users with qlik sense desktop to have automated uploads of their apps to the cloud version, then that would be a game changer. $20 or less per user i think should be the new norm.
