Qlik cloud [License Key ]

I have a License Key and I am trying to get a singed license key, so I can activate my cloud.

I tried the link below but there is an error :

,in this case, how can I get the singed license key?

Hi @flow3,

The Signed license key will be provided in the license delivery email sent by Qlik. If you do not have the email, you could reach out to our Customer Support team or your account manager and they can provide the Signed license key.

With regards to the activation, if you have purchased a Cloud license, you will receive a Welcome email that contains the link to set up the SaaS environment. You cannot create a SaaS environment by entering a Signed license key. Please refer: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/onboarding/Content/Onboarding/qlik-sense-enterprise-saas-admins.htm
