Hi,

When I allocate the Qlik Sense license to the new user, the existing logged-in users are disconnected automatically.

Could you give me advice on how to allocate the license without affecting logged users?

I don't see how these two events are related. Have you checked the repository logs for any insights on what could be happening?

1. That is strange behavior.
2. Confirm you have available licenses.
3. Review the links below and confirm things are configured correctly.

Yes, we have a license available.

The issue mainly occurs when I add a new user in Qlik Sense. At the time, all users will be disconnected automatically.
