QlikSense Business UNABLE to LOGIN
I bought an account for QlikSense Business, I was able to login once or twice 2 or 3 weeks ago, I do not have a tenant's URL to try again, my account in MyQlik tells me that I have a paid subscription for 1 Year, nothing at MyQlik page direct me to my subscription, I am not a happy camper, and I usually a tough customers when I am paying for a service that I am not able to access!
Would you please assist me? by directing me to the individual who will be able to provide a tenant's URL, some screenshots supporting my case:

Hi Arnado,
- In MyQlik, your first screenshot, there is no link to your tenant.
- If you click on your initials (top right) and then on "Create tenant", you will receive a mail, but the link will result in an error message (your second screenshot).
- The error message "Invalid authentication callback" is caused by cache error. Clear your browser cache and log into the tenant via incognito window.
You need to find the Welcome mail from Qlik. It includes the link to your tenant (<tenant>.<region>.qlikcloud.com) and recovery link as well.

Thank Ivan for your help, my issue was resolved by Qlik Customer Support Sydney, I received a phone call and email containing my tenant URI which worked, somehow my URI got misplaced preventing me to login !!!

I hope somebody is reading these messages, I am getting this error while trying to login to the QlikSense Business on the cloud !!!!
