QlikSense url(hub/qmc) is not able to access outside the server

Hi Experts,

Today I have installed Qlik Sense April 2019, Patch 3 at test server. The url(hub/qmc) is not able to access outside the server but able to access inside the server.

Can any one help me how to troubleshoot the issue.
