Making filter that applies to a specific object in a worksheet

If you are looking for a way to select values from a field, but you want it to affect only 1 visualization then you can do the following:
1. If you have 2 visualizations and you make a selection, it will affect both of them:
BEFORE:
AFTER:
2. Go to Edit sheet > Master items > Alternative states > Create new and create a new state with name e.g. "Another State"
3. Go to first Table chart and then go to Appearance > Alternative states > State and choose "Another State"
4. This will ensure that the selections made on the first Table chart are only applied on that particular state. So it will only affect the objects which are assigned this state.
