Hello, I have a big model with a large number of table loaded from databases. I create a Master Calendar, so all the Date fields of the different tables are linked with that.
I illustrate my problem with an example:
Table A:
Date | ColX |
---|---|
01/01/2017 | DataA |
02/01/2017 | DataB |
... | ... |
Table B:
Date | ColY |
---|---|
01/01/2017 | DataC |
02/01/2017 | DataD |
The two tables are not linked together, only are linked by the master calendar.
So if I select "DataA" from table A, it filter all rows of table B where the date != '01/01/2017' and I don't want this. I want to show entire table B data. Of course, if I don't use the Master Calendar I solve the problem but I want to use Master Calendar.
What can I do? Thanks!
Maybe you need 2 Master Calendars or even a canonical date.
