R integration with Qliksense Desktop

Hi Experts,

Can any one please let me know how to integrate R with Qliksense Desktop.

I am very new to this concept. Please help me from where to start.

1. Do we need to install any R related packages in local machine

2. Do we have any extensions or connectors for R to build the charts.

Please help me to Start R integration with qliksense.
