Hello Folks,
At some point, my QlikSense files suffered some type of corruption. When my users go to open an app, they are greeted with:
I have a backup of the server from before the corruption happened. Is it reasonable for me to boot this backup, snatch the folders found at
QlikSenseShared\Apps\*
QlikSenseShared\ArchivedLogs\*
QlikSenseShared\CustomData\*
QlikSenseShared\StaticContent\*
And drop those into the current system?
Any help on recovering my system is greatly appreciated.
@JustinDallas Unfortunately this has also happened to me several times at some clients.
All I had to do is to delete the corrupted app from QMC and then import the backup, create reload task for it and publish it again.
The corruption was per the application (QVF file) and not for the data itself (QVDs files).
Eli.
