Security Rule Issue

I have disabled the default rule that allows everyone to Export.

I then created a custom rule that allows anyone with the role of 'Export' to be able to export.  Sounds simple enough.

NOT.

I am getting random results.  I can export from some apps and not from others.  My other users that I want to give this ability to are seeing the same thing.  And some of them can export out of an app that I can't and vice versa.

Makes no sense.

I have triple confirmed that the users I want have this role.

The other weird thing is that I am a RootAdmin.  I should be able to export everything regardless.

I have attached a screenshot of the rule. I have checked to see what other rules exist that affect exporting from apps and don't see any conflicts.

Any ideas.

The default ROOT admin rule only relates to QMC

Thanks.  That eliminates one concern.  But it still doesn't seem to work correctly.

Ok, have you tried basing the rule on the default export, e.g.

I am pretty sure that I tried that at one point and it didn't work.  But I will give it another try.
