Selections should not reflect from one field to another field

Hi Everyone,

I have following data

Groups	Brand	Product
Group1	Samsung	Tab
Group1	HP	Mobile
Group1	Apple	Laptop
Group1	Lenova	Tab
Group2	Samsung	Mobile
Group2	HP	Laptop
Group2	Realmi	Tab
Group2	Lenova	Mobile
Group3	Samsung	Laptop
Group3	HP	Tab
Group3	Realmi	Mobile
Group3	Lenova	Laptop

We have following requirement. there are 3 filters are using Group, Brand & Product. Our requirement is what ever the selections we made on the brand then it should not reflect on Group.

below is the screenshot for reference

So when the Brand Apple is selected we have an access to select only Group1 in group but we should have access to select all the groups.

so what ever the selections made in the group should not reflect on Group.

Can some one please help on this requirement

alternate states is not apt for this because group should not reflect when selections made on brand but brand should reflect when selections made on group
