Stacked Bars - How to display one thinner bar inside another (wider) bar ?

Hi Everyone,

I want show overlap bar chart as shown in below attached image.

Plz suggest some extensions or library.

You can achieve  your requirement using bullet chart  need to upgrade version with April-2019 see demo
