Subgroup in straight table

Is that possible to add a subgroup in the straight table.

Say for example 

Country -> State -> City in the first column and sales in the second column. My requirement is to achieve without pivot table

I am afraid that why you don't like pivot table and only preferred straight table?

If customer asking to use only straight table. You can tell them that we don't have feasible but we have workaround using Pivot table to meet your requirement. they will agree.

Yes it is possible using & 

in your 1er column dimension add your dimensions like this 

[Country] &' - ' & [State]&' - ' &[City] 

then your mesure

Me too have same requirement either sub group or repeated values text color has to change in white.
