As @sidhiq91  mentioned to offer a solution you are going to need to provide some details. As you have only provided a single dimension how it would link to something else would be a guess. The only assumption i can make is that it looks like a range and i would guess you have a single value in the other table. If that is the case have a look in to the interval match function.
