Hi,

I have installed Qlik Sense and when i try to open it, i always have the same error:

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://localhost:55327/hub

Connection to ::1 failed.

The system returned: (60) Operation timed out

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

I can access via web with that link, but I would prefer to enter directly from the program.

Hi Gonzalo,

Do you have the Qlik Sense Desktop running when you are using the above mentioned URL? You need to have the desktop version running before trying to open the URL.

you should have your Qlik Sense Desktop running and then type http://localhost:4848/hub on your browser.

Only in Internet Explorer, in Google Chrome not.

Hi Gonzalo,

Qlik Sense is designed to work on Internet explorer 10 or higher. So if the version of your internet explorer is lower, it should be upgraded to 10 or higher for QlikSense to work.
