Hi Team, I have installed the Qlik Sense setup, however when I am trying to open the Qlik Sense Desktop Version February 2019 app. I am getting below error: Kindly help me to resolve this issue to start working on. Network Error (tcp_error) A communication error occurred: "Connection refused". The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests.
