Unique names within table

i have issue with unique names within the table...

Do you have idea why this happens ?

This means that two or more fields in your LOAD statement from one table have the same name. I believe the culprit to be these two rows:

57479 repeats twice, if that is 57479,490312445 one field - it should be in double quotes like "57479,490312445 " or Square brackets [57479,490312445]
