Upgrading from June 2019 Patch 3 to Feb 2024.

I have figured out the path to follow to the version upgrade 

June 2019(initial release) -> June 2019(Patch 3) ->June 2020(initial release)-> June 2020(latest patch) -> May 2021 (initial release)-> May 2021(latest patch)-> Feb 2022(initial release)-> Feb 2022 (latest patch)-> Feb 2023(initial release)-> Feb 2023(latest patch) -> Feb 2024 (initial release) ->Feb 2024 (latest patch).

I am able to do patch upgrade till June 2020 but while instaling version May 2021 it is throwing error as upgrade failed , which is not descriptive, can you please help?Which i was actually able to do on Master node but failed in the Rim node.
