Hello @Pooja_D ,

First of all, I would strongly recommend you to upgrade to a fully supported version.

Qlik Sense 3.2 Sr3 has been unsupported for very long long time and new version has a lot of new features and enhancements.

The user should be able to see the option:

New connection "Folder".

Also see this post for more insights.

Solved: Qlik Sense folder connection - Qlik Community - 1038885

Hello @Pooja_D

What version of Qlik Sense is being used?

Instead of attempting to drag & drop the excel file directly into the application, have you attempted to make a new "Folder" Data Connection to where the excel file is located?

According to our help site, the limit should be 50 MB and the maximum total size of files attached is 200 MB

I hope this helps!

Hello @Mike_Dickson  Sir,

We are using Qlik sense version 3.2 SR3.

Users do not see a Folder connection within create new connections, but it is successfully working for a Root admin account.

How do we connect to a windows network drive then?

Kindly help.
