Where to practice and What are the source help to get proficiency in Qlik Sense?

I learned some basics about qlik sense, now I want to practice with more data and more expression. 

What types of practice are needed for an aspirational beginner to quickly get proficiency in Qlik tool???
If any trainer or Learner or Qlik Resource person then kindly guide me on the same.
