Writing Variable input into loading table to be used for calculations

Hi Community

I have a list of 53 variables that require inputs using input boxes. Once these inputs have been captured is there a way that these values can be loaded into a loading table to be used in the model

My aim is to do a what if analysis .

Declaring the variables I have already done using the loading script

Thanks

Hello,

Adding values to the Data model can only be done with a reload via Data load editor script or Data manager. Unfortunately, adding additional values into a field while working on the "Analyze > Sheet" section, is not supported. You can submit a feature request [1] and elaborated in detail to your use case scenario.

This was also discussed in another post [2], where the answer was also "unsupported". I would recommend trying to use both the loaded dataset and the variables in your visualizations to achieve your expected analysis if this is possible, however importing the variables' values into dataset is not supported, unless they are given programmatically within the Data load editor script.

I hope that this information was helpful. In case I have misunderstood the use case scenario, please elaborate in details by providing additional information. However, if this information was helpful, please mark it as accepted solution to give further visibility to other community members.
