XLS sheets can not shown correctly in data manager

Hi guys :

Here are some so strange issue on my server ,when I add new xls sheet to a app or create a new  app ,it can't show all sheets selection and data preview , it seems narrowed to a line .

this happen on Edge and Chrome since Thursday , there is no strange logs on the qlik sense server .

how this happen ,do you have good suggest to kindly help me fix this ?

Kindly provoke the issue and see what is being reported on the .HAR file
