http://localhost:4848/dev-hub/ not working after i updated qliksense recently

i am using qliksense desktop version (no license), dev hub was working earlier, but recently i opened qliksense after many days and it asked me to update, i updated and i am able to created apps and also my older apps are working fine, but when i am opening dev-hub i am getting the below error, also i have qlikview installed (license version) in the same machine but license i am leasing from a server.

You need to ensure that the desktop version is also running.

yes qliksense desktop version is running, also qlikview desktop is running, also i tried it after closing qlikview and opening qliksense alone ,same error
