missing duplicate option

Hi,

I just upgraded Qlik Sense server from June 2017 to Sep. 2018. User reported the app duplication option is missed after the upgrade.

The app owner is the user and the user has the ContentAdmin role with duplicate option. User was able to to do the duplicate but not work any more after upgrade. Any idea?
