qlik sense regions map

Hello,

i have to show regions (Asia, Lat America, EMEA) in a Qlik Sense Map.
I know i have i have to use kml file, but don't know where to get it for a regions.
Does somebody have an idea?

Maps for any region I downloaded here Global Administrative Areas | Boundaries without limits

Select the region and load the files KMZ (KMZ is the file KML in the archive). Then extract files KML from the archive using any archiver(RAR, ZIP etc.).
