"IF" does not work.

As new in Qlik Sense, I have a problem while using IF. How to correct it? Many thanks.

 

If([Storage Day]<=30,'0~1',If([Storage Day]>30 and [Storage Day]<=90,'1~3','0'))

I try it in the interface, succeed, but why fail in Data manager? How to enable it work in Data manager?

The AND / OR keywords are not available in Data Manager. You'll have to rewrite your conditions using nested If() statements as suggested by @Taoufiq_Zarra or switch to using Data Load Editor.
