Column headers importing as excel column letters not column names

Hi,

I feel like i should know the answer to this but I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong.

In my analytics app, I currently have 1 file. It works great column headers are all there etc.

ISSUE: When i try to add in a 2nd file, the column headers drop down a row

When i upload the files separately into two separate apps, the column headers are there, but just not when i try and add another file to the same app.

As you can see below, in excel, the column headers are in the first row.

Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong or how to solve for this?

Obviously the goal here is when i add in a new data set to an app, I need the column header names.

Or do i need to manually change these names in the data load editor? which isnt ideal when i have about 200 columns 😛

Also,

now it appears that all of my datasets got their column headers pushed down

When you are loading an excel spreadsheet then Field names drop down should have Embedded field names as a selection.

Thanks Sandeep! It would have taken me a long time to find that!
