Data load editor is not working

Hi Team,

suddenly my data load editor is not loading data. 

If I click on load data, Immediatly it throws error as 'unknown error'. but same report loads fine from QMC

This is not happening for single report, it happens for all the report from my workspace.

Please help me with this

Have you tried restarting the QlikSense Services?

we identified this issue due to diskspace is full and after platform team increased the diskspace, its working fine ..
