Vinay, It was the product issue .Qlik Team has suggested us to do some changes in the QMC config file.
there is a tag in QMC config "Chunk data", by default it was set to 100 this we had decreased to 20 .now all schedulers are working fine.
Thanks a lot for the full information. Do you mind sharing the screen shot where you changed the Configaration.
