Recovery attempts?

Hi Everyone,

i am new to qlikview and yesterday i was creating an App following a tutorial, today i was trying to open the App and i got the following

please help as i don't want to start the App again from the scratch,

Note:

this file was created by me:

• by you using the same Windows AD account as before
• on the same platform
• using the same network connection.
• i didn't use any recovery attempts from the allowed 4 attempts.

also i created new file i close it and tried to open it immediately and it gave me the same error
