You can remove and try to open the application but be aware this will remove any user objects if your users are using collaboration.

I have tried. nothing working . all my users not able to open any document in access point. please any solution.

Is there any section access in this file? But I don't think so it will create any problem..

no section access. I have removed the Shared file and tried. nothing found working. then I renamed file to Sales1.qvw. and tried again showing same message. strangely no document is opening in access point. this is the first time I am seeing this message. users are escalating this. I know you are replying to me with solutions. Please is there any other solution to sort out this?

Untick Initial Data Reduction Based on Section Access (If it is ticked)
