A user is owner of a group in Azure Active Directory.
Members of that group are given permissions to access a space on Qlik Cloud.
However, the user has no access to that space.

Resolution
Make sure that the user is also a group member, and not just the owner.
Cause:
Azure AD does not populate the claims for a user who is a group owner but not a group member
