1. You have received the Tenant Onboarding Email containing a Let's get started link to create a new tenant:

2. When clicking on the link, it redirects you to the login page where you enter your credentials and click on login:

3. Passing the login screen, a blank page is displayed without any possibility to go ahead and create the Tenant:

Resolution
So far this behavior has only been seen when using Internet Explorer. To resolve it:
- Clear cache (see How to Clear Browser Cache for specific site) and try to open the link and login again.
- If clearing cache does not help, copy the let's get started link from the email received, open it up in a different web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and then login.
- The tenant creation page will then be visible.
